Do I own my website?
Yes. Everything on the site is yours: the words, photos and logo. We register and renew your domain for you, at cost, and transfer it to you whenever you ask.
Is there a contract?
A 12-month plan from launch, then month to month. Pay 12 months up front and get one month free.
Will my business show up on Google and in AI assistants like ChatGPT?
Every site is set up so Google and AI assistants can read what you do and where: page titles, business and service markup, a question-and-answer section and your Google Business Profile. Nobody can promise rankings, but the site will not be the thing holding you back.
Can it work with the software I already use?
Yes. Your estimate button and client login can keep working exactly as they do now, and new forms can feed the system you already use.
Do you only build websites?
No. Plip also runs Google and Facebook ads, sets up follow-up automation such as instant replies, follow-up emails and review requests, and handles local SEO month to month.
Do you work with real estate agents and brokerages?

THE SMALL PRINT
Working with Plip
Client work is agreed in writing before anything starts: a written quote, then a short agreement. Half of the setup fee to start and half at launch. The $99 care plan starts at launch on a 12-month plan, then month to month; cancel any time after that with 30 days notice. Your words, photos and logo are yours. We register and renew your domain for you, at cost, and transfer it to you whenever you ask. If you leave, you get your content and files once the account is paid up. Nobody honest can guarantee rankings, leads or sales; we promise the work, done well and on time.
Privacy
We only collect what you send us, and we only use it to reply to you: what you type into a form, the choices you make in the site builder, and basic context such as phone or desktop, timezone and the link that brought you here. No advertising trackers. We do not sell or share your details. Want them removed? Send a message and we will delete them.
Terms of use
This site is run by Plip LLC, trading as Plip Marketing. Prices are in US dollars and can change; the price that counts is the one in your written quote. Concepts from the site builder and sample work are first drafts for example businesses, not finished sites or promises of results. Bug Sweeper prizes are one per business, for new website builds only, and cannot be combined with other discounts. Everything on this site belongs to Plip. These terms follow the laws of Virginia.
